Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bear Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children's development and well-being, ensuring they have the best possible start in their educational journey. This position is based in our welcoming nursery environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 11 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Support children's social and emotional well-being through positive interactions. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents. Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development.
