The Role

We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our brand-new team in Hucknall. As a key worker, you will play an essential role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys. Deliver fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS. Provide high standards of care, focusing on health, hygiene, and safety. Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates and positive communication. Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing ideas and supporting the wider nursery team. Attend training, staff meetings, and parents' evenings as required.

What We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (with GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills if required). Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding. Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete). Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable). A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive.

Hours & Pay

Full-time and part-time roles available Salary: from 12.27 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience)
