As we open our brand-new nursery in Hucknall, we're looking for passionate practitioners to help us build something special from the very beginning.

The Role

We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our new Hucknall team. As a key worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys. Deliver creative, fun, and educational activities in line with the EYFS. Provide a high standard of care, focusing on health, hygiene, and safety. Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them updated and involved in their child's progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas and supporting the wider team. Take part in training, meetings, and parents' evenings as required.

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (with GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills if required). Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding. Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete). Previous nursery or childcare experience (desirable). A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive.

Hours & Pay

Full-time and part-time roles available Salary: from 12.27 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
