Nursery Practitioner - Part Time 16 Hours per week Term-Time only.

We are currently have a vacancy for a Nursery Practitioner to join our well established local nursery in Kings Lynn. This role is working part time between 3 - 5 days per week working in our nursery.

We will consider applicants who can work a minimum of 16 hours over 3 -5 days a week.

What is the role?

We are looking for someone with a lot of passion for giving our children the best start in life. As a nursery assistant, your role will be to guide your children through the first steps of their lives (quite literally in some cases). In the role you will:

Plan, prepare and deliver activities to the individual needs of children. Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and careers. You will teach, comfort, and support your key children and other children within the nursery. Observing and keeping records of children's developments and routines Manage children's everyday routine including Learning and playing plus care routines including meals and sleep times. Safeguarding children always a priority, you must understand and adhere to the company Safeguarding policy.

What are we looking for?

Must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification

(Unfortunately Social care does

NOT

count) Someone who is flexible, reliable and a team player. A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Nursery or childcare setting

What would we like to see?

Have experience working as a key-worker inside a nursery or childcare setting. Friendly and positive attitude Own Transport would be beneficial due to location. Be passionate about and have experience working with children from birth to school age. Team player who strives to be the best Positive and proactive approach to delivering excellent childcare.

What hours/days would I work?

Nursery Practitioner Part time working Monday - Friday 16 hours per week term time only.

Availability between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday
