WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A qualified

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

(or equivalent) Solid knowledge of

EYFS

,

child development

,

safeguarding

, and

child protection

Strong communication skills and a nurturing, can-do attitude Commitment to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Experience as a

Key Person

and a strong team player

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead engaging and responsive planning using the

EYFS framework

Be a

key person

and build strong bonds with children and families Work collaboratively to maintain a high-quality, well-resourced learning environment Support and mentor less experienced staff Build meaningful partnerships with parents and external agencies

family-run nursery

Location & Schedule

Based in South East London

(on-site only)

Flexible hours available

(8 or 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday)

REQUIREMENTS

1+ year experience in childcare or nursery settings Fluent English Right to work in the UK Must be able to commute or relocate reliably
