Ashbridge Independent School and Nurseries is looking for a qualified and experienced
Nursery Practitioner
to work on a 1:1 basis with a child in our nursery at Maxy Farm.
The role is
temporary until September 2025
, 11 hours hours per week (8.45am until 2:15pm), 2 days a week on Tuesday and Thursdays.
We are looking for an amazing nursery practitioner who will become part of a dynamic and skilful teaching team. There will be time each day for focussed 1:1 work, small group work and in class support and an opportunity to play a part in the wider aspects of nursery life.

Recruitment Process
The position will be advertised through recruitment websites and social media.
All candidates are required to complete the company application form in full and return it to the Headteacher together with their CV, covering letter and self-disclosure form.
Candidates are welcome to visit the school and meet the Headteacher, Karen Mehta, in advance of interviews being held.
The application form and CV will be considered by the Headteacher and other members of the Senior Leadership Team and a candidate may be invited for an interview.
Interviews take place at the school following specific questions relating to experience, safeguarding and other relevant topics. Interviews are carried out by at least two members of the Senior Leadership Team.
Candidates will be given a supervised tour of the school and are given the opportunity to ask questions.
A working interview may be arranged where a candidate spends some time working with the children under supervision and observed by the class teacher and Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
If successful, candidates will be given a conditional offer of employment depending on satisfactory references, self-disclosure form and DBS clearance.
