We are seeking a dedicated, creative and highly motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood development. Our children are the centre of the focus. Learning whilst playing following a child led curriculum to meet individual needs and interests with access to natural, open-ended resources within creative nurturing environments developed by the team.
Previously an Eco Awarded School we also drive a passion for promoting sustainability ensuring global goals are implemented throughout our practice educating our young children and families for their future.
Duties: Be part of creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities using a child led and natural curiosity approach- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of daily operations - Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery - Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications: - Minimum of a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent - Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting required - Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

Schedule: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm

Pay: 12.25-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.00 - 17.00 per week
