Essential criteria

Minimum Childcare Level 2/BTEC equivalent is essential for this role. If Level 3 qualified, a minimum Level 2 qualification in English is also required. Childcare Experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties

Being the responsible key worker for individual children/ groups. Planning and bringing to life activities for children Having a sound understanding of the EYFS framework Inspiring children and supporting their development. Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to Creating and maintaining a happy, exciting, fun and secure experience for children. Developing and maintain good relationships with children and parents
