LEVEL 2/3 PRACTITIONER FOR AN IMMEDIATE START

Our Nursery is seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced staff for our nursery to provide inspiring and fun care for our children whilst creating a nurturing environment and encouraging bravery and curiosity in our children's development. The ideal candidates should be qualified with experience and hold the relevant qualification LEVEL 2/3 Childcare qualification.

YOU MUST:

- Understand your duty in child protection and safeguarding

- Undergo an enhanced DBS check (or be on the update service)

- Provide 2 GOOD references (1 to be from your most recent employer)

- (Have thorough knowledge of the EYFS (all 3 sections)

- Be willing to go on first aid training if not already obtained

- Have at least 2 years of experience working in the early years

- Provide an agreed high standard of care for the children

- Form and maintain strong partnerships with parents

- Meet the individual needs of all children

- Be an effective key person for a group of children

- Provide a safe and healthy environment.

Salary: 12.21-12.50 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery

```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare)
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational skills
