At Happy Kids Daycare, we're more than a childcare provider--we're a vibrant community where children feel safe, inspired, and loved. We're looking for a confident and caring Room Leader to help guide our little learners and support our dedicated team.

Your Role

As Room Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of your room--leading with warmth, creativity, and professionalism. You'll oversee daily routines, plan engaging activities, and ensure every child receives the best possible start in life.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and learning Creating fun, educational experiences tailored to each child's development Ensuring safeguarding and EYFS standards are met at all times Building strong relationships with families and team members Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
What You'll Bring

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) Experience in a nursery or daycare setting in a similar role Leadership skills with a nurturing approach A deep understanding of child development and the EYFS framework A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for working with children
