What You'll Do

Plan exciting activities that make learning fun -- from counting like 1, 2, Buckle My Shoe to exploring like We're Going on a Bear Hunt*.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel right at home. Celebrate milestones (big and small!) and share those "wow" moments with parents. Work side by side with your team to keep standards just right*.
Keep everyone safe and happy by following safeguarding and safety practices. Build positive relationships. Join in staff training and professional development -- because here, we all grow together!

What We're Looking For

A recognised childcare qualification (Level 3 or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for helping children learn, laugh, and leap into new adventures. Great communication skills and a big, caring heart. A team player with the confidence to take initiative. A driving licence is desirable, though not essential.
