The Role
We are looking for a
qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
to join our warm and dedicated team. You will play a key role in creating a safe, inspiring environment that supports each child's individual journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Build loving, respectful relationships with children and their families
Plan and deliver child-led, developmentally appropriate activities
Encourage exploration and learning through nature and outdoor play
Observe, assess, and document children's progress in line with the EYFS
Support a calm, home-from-home atmosphere where every child feels seen and valued
What We're Looking For:
A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years)
A kind, patient, and reflective practitioner
Passionate about outdoor play and natural learning environments
Experience with or interest in child-led and play-based approaches
A team player with a sense of humour and a big heart
