EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER 4 day week

8am-5.30pm

36 hours (we pay daily half hour lunch break)

Uniform provided

Newly established Montessori Mud Den in our beautiful wooded grounds

Level 3 in Early Years (may consider Level 2)

The Old Rectory Nursery is a small, award-winning private nursery that combines the best of Montessori methods with a warm, family-like atmosphere. Offering personalized care for children aged 6 months to 5, the nursery creates an environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. With a focus on fostering independence, creativity, and self-confidence, it stands out as a unique gem in the heart of the countryside.

Motivated, enthusiastic and friendly team member to join our warm and positive setting and maintain the high standard of our care and education for which we're recognised.

We have a particularly close working relationship with our parents.

We hold a Mother's Day afternoon tea and Father's Day games annually, and a jaunt to the local Friendly Inn at Christmas for our little ones.

Must have a minimum of a relevant level 3 Early Years qualification. Would consider Level 2.

The nursery operates from 8am to 5.30pm which we believe is a long enough day for our little ones and our staff.

A thorough understanding of child development and commitment to your own professional development with willingness to undertake training and support fellow team members.

Our lovely rural nursery is situated in a village 8 miles from Leamington Spa, 6 miles from Rugby and 7 miles from Coventry, therefore own transport may be required.

Lovely working conditions and good rates of pay commensurate with experience etc; in-house training; uniform provided.
