Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Observe and monitor children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about children's daily activities and progress
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying
