Your role:
Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet individual needs and developmental stages.
Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere that supports children's growth and curiosity.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, working in partnership to support each child's progress.
Participate in regular training and development to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
Support smooth settling-in sessions to ensure each child feels secure and valued.
