Level 3 qualified

Salary: 27,000 - 29,000 per annum (depending on qualification and experience)

We are currently recruiting 1 x Early Years Practitioners, for our nurturing and amazing Day Nursery and Preschool, situated in Cheam, Sutton.

We are seeking individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, rich learning environment which offers wonderful opportunities for all ages of children from 3 months-5 years. Main responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner:

Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children's needs. Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning. Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children. Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.

The ideal candidate will;

Be passionate about childcare and helping children to engage, achieve, play, have fun and be safe. Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five. Be qualified to NVQ level 2 / 3 or equivalent in Childcare Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS - Early Years Foundation Stages
