Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our brilliant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old in our small, homely setting. The role would suit someone with at least one year's experience and with an ambition to take on an area of responsibility. The role on offer is all-year-round, not term-time only, as we are still very busy during school holidays. You'll be given excellent support and access to quality training. This will be a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development
- Observe, assess and record children's progress and share this information with parents/carers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required

Skills:
- A passion for working with young children and babies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
