Nursery Practitioner

to join our friendly team at our Tring setting!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage a key group of children, providing attentive, nurturing care and recording their development progress. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children, families, and staff. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and teamwork. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.
What We're Looking For:

Full and relevant

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

A clean enhanced DBS check (we will arrange this for successful candidates) Genuine passion for early years education and providing high-quality childcare Sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to children's safety Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to working with young children
