We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care. Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
Supervise and support children during playtime, mealtimes, and rest periods
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure consistent care and support
Monitor individual progress and provide feedback to parents during regular meetings
Assist in the organisation of nursery routines and activities to ensure smooth daily operations
Support the professional development of junior staff members through mentoring and guidance
Drive nursery vehicles when required for outings or transportation purposes

Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
Strong communication skills
Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
Warm, caring, and reliable approach to working with children
