Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to work for a brand new pre school nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents will be essential in fostering positive relationships within the nursery community.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, 7am - 7pm

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across various domains. Supervise and interact with children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Manage daily nursery routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both children and staff. Collaborate with colleagues to develop best practices in childcare and early education. Drive initiatives that promote leadership within the nursery team, encouraging professional growth among staff members.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
