Your role will involve:
Supporting children's early development in line with EYFS guidance Building warm and trusting relationships with your key children and their parents Contributing to activity planning and developmental observations Encouraging curiosity and independent learning Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive learning space
Ideal candidates will have:
A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification Good knowledge of child development and safeguarding The ability to work well within a team and use initiative A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children
