dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner

to help us provide the very best early years education in a supportive and inspiring environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide

high-quality care and education

for children aged 0-5, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Develop and deliver

engaging, age-appropriate learning activities

that support children's development across all areas Build

strong relationships with key children and families

, communicating regularly about progress and well-being Observe, assess, and record children's milestones, maintaining accurate developmental records Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a

safe, clean, and stimulating environment

Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance the nursery's reputation and help the team grow.

What We're Looking For:

? Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (essential)
? Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting (highly desirable)
? Strong communication and teamwork skills
? A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being
? Leadership potential to help drive positive outcomes for children and families

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
