About the Role

We are recruiting for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on behalf of a purpose-built, well-established nursery located in Whetstone (N20), North London. This setting offers a child-centred approach to learning, including Forest School sessions, the Curiosity Approach, and a strong focus on natural, open-ended resources.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Support children's learning and development through observation and assessment Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in children Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are consistently followed
Requirements

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Minimum of 1 year's experience in an early years setting Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK
