Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, stimulating and inclusive learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities Observe, assess, and track children's development and progress Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relationships with parents and carers Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are consistently followed

Requirements:

Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years Education

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development Excellent communication and teamwork skills A warm, caring, and enthusiastic personality
