What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children under 5 age Plan fun, creative, and educational activities that spark curiosity and support development Observe and document children's progress, celebrating their milestones Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and team members Maintain smooth daily routines--think snack time, playtime, story time, and those all-important naps Keep communication open and supportive with families about their child's journey Be a role model for best practices in childcare and early education

What We're Looking For

Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education Strong leadership and teamwork abilities Excellent communication skills in English Previous nursery or childcare experience is a big plus A creative and proactive mindset Ability to multitask while keeping a calm, joyful atmosphere Sound knowledge of safeguarding and childcare regulations
