As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care. - Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the nursery room
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

```Skills:```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team of nursery staff
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Organizational skills to plan and implement activities and maintain records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
