Step into a leadership role at Country Kids Newark!

This year has been an exciting year for us at nursery, as we have expanded and had a full re-vamp of our environments - we may be biased but we think our nursery environments are looking fantastic! With this, our Pre-School room leader has stepped up into being a Deputy Manager and we are now looking for someone to lead our Pre-School Room!

Our pre-school room can hold 24 children and is run by 3 members of staff, with an apprentice out of numbers as a set of helping hands, learning on the job as they go! We love being outside, have direct access to the park and fields behind us plus we love trips to the train station, and getting out and about!

We are looking for a qualified staff member, whether this be Level 3, NNEB, Higher Level Teaching Assistant or QTS to join us 4 days per week. Staff wellbeing is at the forefront of our offering and we have a fantastic package that sits alongside our 4 day working weeks. We know this job is one of the most important jobs in the world - and that's why we invest in our staff members.

This role will not require you to have had previous room leader experience, although if you do not have this we do require you to have at least 2 years experience post qualifying - in house training and support will be provided to help you settle in to the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.35-14.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
