Regional Support Manager
to join our exceptional team and provide essential leadership and operational support across our group of nurseries.
About the Role:
As our
Regional Support Manager
, you'll step in to lead individual nursery settings when managers are on maternity leave, holiday, or absent for other reasons. You'll also provide hands-on support during busy periods, transitions, or when additional leadership is needed. This is a crucial role in maintaining the high standards and warm, nurturing environments we're proud of.
This position carries the same responsibilities as a Nursery Manager but with the exciting opportunity to work across all our St. George's Nursery locations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading nursery teams in the manager's absence to ensure continuity of care and compliance.
Supporting Ofsted readiness, internal audits, recruitment, and mentoring of staff across settings.
Upholding and embedding high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding aligned with EYFS.
Acting as a role model and ambassador for the St. George's ethos, values, and policies.
Rapidly building relationships with children, staff, and parents to provide strong leadership presence.
Assisting in delivering improvements, action plans, and driving quality throughout the organisation.
About You:
Experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take on a multi-setting leadership role.
Confident, flexible, and adaptable with strong communication and organisational abilities.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across our East Midlands settings.
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
Thorough understanding of EYFS, Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and early years education.
