Are you a seasoned and passionate nursery manager looking for a dynamic role with variety, excitement, and the opportunity to create meaningful impact across multiple settings? St. George's Nursery is looking for a Regional Support Manager to join our exceptional team and deliver essential leadership and operational guidance across our family of nurseries.
About the Role:
As our Regional Support Manager - you'll step in to oversee individual nursery settings when managers are on maternity leave, annual leave, or absent for other reasons. You'll also provide hands-on assistance during busy periods, transitions, or when added leadership is needed. This is a crucial role in preserving the high standards and warm, supportive environments we're known for.
This role includes the same responsibilities as a Nursery Manager but with the exciting twist of working across all our St. George's Nursery locations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading nursery teams in the absence of the setting's manager to ensure smooth care and compliance.
Assisting with Ofsted readiness, audits, hiring, and mentoring of staff across locations.
Enforcing and sustaining high standards of care, development, and safeguarding in line with EYFS.
Serving as a role model and proud representative of the St. George's values, principles, and ethos.
Quickly building rapport with children, staff, and families to ensure seamless transitions and strong leadership visibility.
Aiding in executing improvements, strategic plans, and promoting excellence across the group.
About You:
Experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to move into a multi-setting leadership role.
Confident, versatile, and resourceful with strong communication and planning skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across East Midlands locations.
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
Strong grasp of EYFS, Ofsted expectations, safeguarding, and early years principles.
