Pay:
29,120 - 29,120 per Annum, based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours:
Ful-time 38 hours over 4 full days 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

About our Nursery
The Old Station Nursery Alcester is very much a part of the local community. We are based alongside the River Arrow and are within walking distance of the local high street, town museum and shops. The nursery is made up of three large rooms, all of which have been carefully organised to provide age-appropriate resources and equipment. The nursery is located on Kinwarton Road, a short walk from Alcester town centre and only a 5-minute drive from the A46 and A435 junction. We have onsite parking available.
What being a Nursery Room Leader involves
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will work alongside the Nursery Manager to lead and inspire your team while delivering exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring the team to provide high-quality early years education with passion and energy.
Supporting the Nursery Manager to ensure smooth nursery operations and consistent quality.
Acting as a role model by promoting initiative, creativity, and high standards of care.
Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to support the best outcomes for children.
Overseeing the team's implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging learning opportunities.
Taking charge of nursery operations in the Nursery Manager's absence.
Encouraging continuous improvement through feedback and supporting professional development.
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets each child's needs.
