Summary

We are seeking a passionate Room Leader to join our team at Rainbow Corner Loseley Fields. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations while ensuring that every child receives the highest quality of care and education. Your leadership will help create an environment where children can thrive and develop their individual capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations during your shift to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Lead a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to facilitate child-led learning experiences. Engage with parents and caregivers to share children's progress and encourage home learning support. Monitor and assess children's development, identifying their needs and next steps in learning. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that promotes kindness, respect, and aspiration among children.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for working with children and fostering their development. Knowledge of nursery practices and early years frameworks is essential.
