RL Salary: 27,000-30,000pa TIC Salary: 30,000-33,000pa

Hours:

38 - 40 Hours | 4 or 5 Days | 7:30am-6:30pm | Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a kind and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a brand-new nursery in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15). This is an exciting and rewarding role within a supportive, wellness-driven environment where staff are valued just as much as the children. The successful candidate will lead their room with creativity and confidence, supporting children to thrive in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing setting that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Deliver the highest standard of childcare and early education Lead your age-group room with creativity, care, and confidence Inspire and support your team to deliver the nursery curriculum and values Build strong relationships with children and families, supporting smooth settling-in Track children's progress through curriculum-linked observations Communicate effectively with parents using the Famly app Champion safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times

About You

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding Passion for supporting children's development and emotional wellbeing Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement Eligible to work in the UK
