About the Role

We're looking for a

Room Leader

who can bring energy, creativity, and a dash of magic to our nursery. You'll be the captain of your room, steering your team through daily adventures while making sure every child feels safe, loved, and inspired.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading your team with enthusiasm, humour, and a knack for turning chaos into calm. Planning activities that spark curiosity (think messy play, mini science experiments, and story times that end in giggles). Keeping an eagle eye on safeguarding, routines, and paperwork--because behind every magical moment is a well-organised leader. Supporting staff development and making sure everyone feels valued (yes, even when the glitter gets everywhere). Building strong relationships with parents, because they're part of the adventure too.
What We're Looking For

A qualified practitioner (Level 3 or above) with experience in Early Years. Someone who can balance fun with responsibility--singing "Baby Shark" while also knowing their EYFS inside out. A natural leader who inspires confidence and positivity in their team. Organised, creative, and not afraid to get messy (paint, mud, or spaghetti--sometimes all three).

Pay: Up to 26,800.00 per year
