We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Room Leader
to lead our Babies Room at our nursery in W5. You will be responsible for creating a warm, nurturing environment, supporting your team, and delivering high-quality early years education and care.Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operation of the Babies Room Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework Support and mentor nursery practitioners in the room Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are consistently followed Monitor, record, and track children's development
Requirements
Level 3 childcare qualification or higher (essential) Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner Strong understanding of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A caring, patient, and positive approach
