What you'll be doing

Lead your room day-to-day, ensuring high standards, routines and an excellent child experience Support, coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding practice Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities based on children's interests and next steps Complete observations and assessments to a strong standard Build great relationships with parents/carers through clear communication Maintain safeguarding, welfare and compliance at all times Work closely with the management team to drive quality and outcomes
What we're looking for

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

- essential Room Leader experience

or

a strong senior practitioner ready to step up Confident knowledge of

EYFS

, planning, observations and child development Reliable, organised and calm under pressure A positive leader who leads by example and supports their team
