We are looking for a

ROOM LEADER!

Join our brand-new, welcoming nursery in

Binfield

as a

Room Leader

and help us build something special from day one!

The Role

This is a

full-time position

offering the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience. Whether you're an experienced Room Leader or a confident practitioner ready to step up, this role will help you develop your management and mentoring skills in a close-knit, friendly environment.

What We're Looking For...

Minimum Level 3 qualification

in Early Years (or equivalent)

Previous leadership or room leader experience

Strong understanding of the

EYFS

and

safeguarding

Your Key Responsibilities...

Inspire, motivate, and lead your team of practitioners Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Support with nursery tours, parent engagement, and local marketing activities Mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
