We are looking for an Experienced, Passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators for our Nursery in Crayford (DA1 3PY)

This is a full time position between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday all year through.

Experience working in Early Years is vital to this role, requiring enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach towards their work and their colleagues. Supporting the management team and role modelling to team members

Responsibilities



Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote early childhood learning. Lead and mentor nursery staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and well-being. Manage schedules and ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards. Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions.

The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, Communicating with parents. You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care.

An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
