About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate

Nursery Room Team Leader

to lead our vibrant

2-3s room

. You will play a key role in creating a calm, engaging and inspiring environment where toddlers can explore, develop and thrive.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the day-to-day running of the 2-3s room, ensuring a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment Supporting, motivating and mentoring a small team of practitioners Planning and implementing an engaging curriculum that supports the children's interests and next steps Maintaining high standards of care, safety and hygiene Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Monitoring and recording children's development, ensuring progress is celebrated and shared Upholding all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies

About You:

Qualified to a

minimum of Level 3 in Early Years

(or equivalent) Confident in leading a small team and acting as a positive role model Knowledgeable about the

EYFS

, child development, and planning for next steps Warm, caring and professional with excellent communication skills Passionate about supporting children aged 2-3 through curiosity-led and nature-based play Experience in a leadership or key person role within a nursery setting is desirable
