If you are passionate about early years education and ready to take the next step in your career then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join our vibrant nursery team and inspire young minds.

As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe and supported in their learning and development. Leading a team of early years practitioners, you will guide and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality care and education that meets EYFS standards.

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high quality care and education
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support each child's development
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Lead by example and demonstrate excellent childcare practices

- To follow the nursery safeguarding procedure to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure and ensure that all team members are able to do the same.

- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting as a Room Leader (desired)
- Strong leadership skills with a positive and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Proficiency in English language
