Job Description
We are recruiting for a nursery room leader! You must possess a level 3 qualification in childcare as well as have previous experience working as a room leader to apply for this role.
The role is
full-time, year-round position (40 hours per week)
, with shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00 (not the same times every day).Many of the traditional responsibilities of a Room Leader in other nurseries--such as staffing, rotas, absences, ratios, and training--are managed by our administrator. This role will therefore focus on overseeing the
smooth planning and day-to-day running of the room
.Your Qualifications and experience:
Level 3 childcare qualification (essential) experience working in a nursery as a room leader (essential)
salary paying up to: 35k per year
