Job Description
Are you an experienced Early Years professional with a passion for supporting babies in their earliest stages of development? We are looking for a caring and confident Baby Room Leader to guide our dedicated team and create a warm, nurturing environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the baby room team, ensuring high standards of care and education Support your team in planning and delivering engaging, sensory-rich activities Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Model outstanding practice and mentor colleagues
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent) Previous experience leading a room or working with babies Strong leadership and communication skills A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
