Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to oversee the daily operations of our nursery room. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for early childhood education and have experience working with children. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young children. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing staff, communicating effectively with parents, and ensuring that the nursery meets all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery team to ensure high-quality care and education for all children. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Collaborate with staff to create a positive team atmosphere. Drive initiatives that promote the well-being and growth of each child in your care. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and childcare regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development. Knowledge of nursery operations and regulatory requirements is preferred. Ability to create an engaging learning environment tailored to children's needs. A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
