Monday to Friday | Full Time

Lullabies Day Nursery

provides care for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a caring, home-from-home environment with an abundance of outdoor play space.

We're looking for a dedicated, qualified, and experienced

Room Leader

to join our friendly team and help us continue delivering high-quality childcare and education.

Your Role:

Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the setting

Plan and deliver stimulating activities

to promote development in line with the EYFS framework

Observe, record, and assess

children's learning and progress

Lead and motivate

your room team, supporting staff to maintain a positive working environment Work with management to

continuously improve

the quality of childcare and education Act as

Keyholder

for the building

Requirements:

Minimum

Level 3 qualification

in Early Years (or above) Minimum

1 year's experience

as a Room Leader Previous experience in a nursery environment Excellent knowledge of the

EYFS framework

and safeguarding procedures Fun, engaging, and enthusiastic approach to working with children Strong communication and leadership skills
