Key responsibilities

Lead a playroom team, promoting high standards of care and education Support and supervise staff in their daily duties and deploy resources effectively Ensure children are allocated to key carers appropriately and nursery procedures are followed Monitor and maintain compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Provide regular, professional feedback to parents and carers Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, and families Represent the nursery positively to current and prospective families
About you

Experienced in Early Years leadership or aspiring to step into a leadership role Strong organisational and team management skills Committed to delivering high-quality care and education Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with parents and colleagues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
