567 Club -- a vibrant Nursery and Out of School Club in central Horsforth -- is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly and dedicated team!

Your Role:

As Nursery Room Leader, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of Early Years Practitioners, and create meaningful learning experiences for every child. You'll be the heart of a space where children thrive and staff feel supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage room operations, ensuring compliance and excellence Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education Build positive relationships with families and the community Track and support children's progress Foster ongoing training and staff development
What We're Looking For:

Experience in early childhood education/childcare leadership A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3+) Excellent leadership and communication skills Budget/resource management skills a bonus!
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 per year

Location: On-site in Horsforth
