We are seeking an experienced
Level 3-qualified Nursery
Practitioner to take on a Room Leader/Senior Practitioner
role within our friendly team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead a nursery room and support staff Deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS Plan engaging activities to support children's development Build positive relationships with parents and carers Maintain observations, planning, and safeguarding standards
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
Experience in an early years setting Strong knowledge of EYFS Positive, professional, team-focused approachBenefits:
