Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily running of your room, ensuring high-quality care and education.
Plan and deliver fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
Support and mentor team members to ensure outstanding practice.
Track and observe children's development and maintain accurate records.
Work in partnership with parents and carers to support each child's journey.
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above) - Essential
Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting - Essential
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding policies.
A proactive, positive, and professional approach to early years education.
