We are looking for a passionate and dedicated
Room Leader
to join our friendly nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare professional with a
Level 3 qualification
to step into a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your room team to provide high-quality childcare and education.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate fun and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records, observations, and reports.
Support and mentor junior staff to achieve their best.
Requirements
Level 3 childcare qualification
(essential).
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and EYFS standards.
A genuine passion for childcare and helping children to thrive.

Qualifications
Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Previous nursery experience is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of early years frameworks.
A background in early childhood education or related qualifications would be advantageous.
Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds is beneficial.
