As a Room Leader, you will lead a small team in providing exceptional childcare for children aged 0-4, while ensuring high standards and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role will be working with our under 2s. You will work in a beautiful home from home environment, in a small, cosy nursery.

This position is a maternity cover; however, for the right candidate, further opportunities may be available across the company, as we operate multiple rooms and nurseries.

We are seeking imaginative and self-motivated team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who are passionate about personal development and the outdoors.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least a childcare level 3 qualification and at least one year of room leader experience or the ability to step up to the role.

This is a full-time position, offering year-round employment. We take safeguarding seriously, so the successful candidate will be subject to references and an enhanced DBS check. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of children!
