Position: Experienced room leader - full time Monday to Friday all year round. Woodlands Nursery and Forest School.

We are looking for an experienced room leader to join our ever growing setting, who is at least childcare level three qualified with at least 1 year room leader experience.

You must be imaginative, self motivated, passionate and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be committed to ongoing personal development. With a love of the outdoors.

Your role will include:

Lead a small team in your room to provide an exceptional level of childcare, supported by the nursery management team. Maintain good practice in your room, ensuring that the EYFS is adhered to and the room environment appropriate. Supported supervision of children aged 0-4. Supervising and monitoring the safety of the children. Feeding and changing the children, as needed. Leading the planning of day to day activities. Building strong relationships with parents. Keeping records of children's progress, routines, and interests.
This is a full time, all year round position.
